Technical Features

The GTC Series airfoils utilize composites made of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), a material known for its lightweight and sturdy properties. These airfoils are designed to offer exceptional durability by incorporating pre-impregnated woven carbon fibers while maintaining their lightweight structure. Advanced techniques such as pre-impregnated composite production, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and high-quality aluminum billet molds are utilized in the manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance.
The GTC Series airfoils employ composite materials made of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), a material renowned for its lightweight and robust properties. These airfoils feature a sophisticated design with pre-impregnated carbon fibers, striking a balance between strength and low weight structure. Advanced manufacturing techniques, such as high-temperature autoclaving, pre-impregnated composite production, vacuum bagging, and high-quality aluminum billet molds, are integrated into the manufacturing process to ensure superior performance.
- The GTC Series airfoils are equipped with 6061 billet aluminum pedestals measuring 10mm, reinforced with carbon fiber composites to enhance their stability and durability. The pedestals are coated with a matte black powder finish that offers extra protection and ensures a secure attachment for the carbon fiber airfoil. Despite their strength, the pedestals remain lightweight, making them a dependable element of the GTC Series airfoils.
