This Akrapovic G63 4×4 Squared exhaust replaces the factory system on the portal-axle Mercedes-AMG G-Class with a full titanium Evolution Line built for a serious sound and measurable power gains, without adding weight to a vehicle that already carries plenty of hardware underneath. Akrapovic builds this system from high-grade titanium finished with tailpipes shaped in its own foundry, routed to clear the 4×4 Squared’s raised suspension and portal axles while cutting 9.9 kg (21.8 lb), or 44.5%, from the stock exhaust’s weight. It’s a system built for owners who want their G63 4×4 Squared to sound as aggressive as it looks, on closed courses and off-road terrain.

Sound and Valve Control

A pair of exhaust valves behind the rear mufflers gives this system a deeper, sportier tone that’s especially pronounced under acceleration and through gear changes, with power and torque gains carrying across the entire rpm range rather than a single peak. The Akrapovic Sound Kit, which lets you switch between regular and sport modes wirelessly from the Akrapovic app or a remote controller, comes included with this system rather than sold as a separate add-on.
