During production, state-of-the-art manufacturing methods such as pre-impregnated composite manufacturing, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and the use of high-grade aluminum billet molds are employed to guarantee that the airfoils conform to the most exacting quality criteria.
- Utilizing composite materials that blend carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), a substance recognized for its lightweight and robust characteristics, the GTC Series airfoils are created. These airfoils feature a sophisticated design that integrates pre-impregnated carbon fibers, which provide an optimal balance of strength and lightness. To manufacture high-quality airfoils, advanced manufacturing techniques such as high-temperature autoclaving, pre-impregnated composite production, vacuum bagging, and the use of top-quality aluminum billet molds are employed. - To attain superior stability, durability, and secure attachment, the GTC Series airfoils employ carbon fiber composites on 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals and are coated with a matte black powder finish. The incorporation of carbon fiber materials guarantees that the airfoils retain their lightweight and robust qualities, resulting in an overall improvement in performance.
