Technical Features
- The GTC Series wings are designed with an aerodynamic 3D airfoil shape to maximize downforce while minimizing drag. This design has been tested and confirmed through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analyses, resulting in a perfect balance of downforce.
- The GTC Series airfoils are constructed with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials which make them both lightweight and tough. These airfoils consist of pre–soaked woven carbon fiber sheets that offer exceptional strength while staying light in weight. High temperature autoclave, vacuum bagging along with high grade aluminum billet molds are used to fabricate these airfoils employing pre–impregnated composite production techniques.
- The GTC Series airfoils, which are constructed from durable and lightweight carbon fiber composites, are reinforced with 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals. These aircraft–grade supports feature a flat black powder coat finish for added sturdiness as they hold up the carbon fiber airfoils.
