Technical Features
- The GTC Series wings have been designed with a 3D airfoil shape which has been ballasted to achieve a harmonious balance between downforce and drag, with these results having been corroborated via computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analyses. The aerodynamic ideology applied here enables a satisfactory level of downforce to remain in line with reduced drag.
- Fabricated from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials, the GTC Series airfoils are renowned for their impressive robustness and light weight design. Utilizing advanced compositing strategies such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, skilled craftsmanship is employed to produce aluminum billet molds of the finest caliber.
- The GTC Series airfoils have been constructed through a melding of lightweight yet durable carbon fiber composites, and 10mm 6061 aircraft–grade billet aluminum pedestals adorned with a smooth, matte black powder coat finish.
