Boost Logic Downpipes for McLaren 765LT

Boost Logic’s Downpipes for McLaren 765LT are a pair of downpipes for the Longtail’s twin-turbo 4.0-liter M840T V8, supplied with heat shields. That is the full extent of Boost Logic’s description, and the two product photos show each pipe wrapped in a woven shield from the turbo flange to the outlet. Unlike the 720S version, the 765LT listing offers no Sport Cat option, so it comes in one configuration at one price. It is a straightforward buy for a 765LT owner who wants Boost Logic downpipes to go with the Formula Series titanium exhaust; a buyer who needs published flow or power figures will not find them.

Features

Heat shields supplied on both pipes, per Boost Logic
Woven shield covering each pipe from flange to outlet, as photographed
Sold as a pair, one downpipe for each turbocharger
Single configuration at one price, with no option to choose

Applications

McLaren 765LT: 2021-2022 | 4.0L M840T V8

Notes

The Downpipes for McLaren 765LT pair with the Boost Logic Formula Series Titanium Exhaust for McLaren 765LT (BL 09040108), sold separately
Boost Logic sells the 720S version, the Boost Logic Downpipes for McLaren 720S, with a Sport Cat option; the 765LT listing carries no such option
Boost Logic publishes no power, flow or material figures for these downpipes
No parts list is published, so confirm gaskets and hardware with Bulletproof Automotive before booking the install

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the Boost Logic Downpipes for McLaren 765LT fit the 720S? No. Boost Logic sells a separate downpipe listing for the 720S, offered as a Race Version or with Sport Cats. The Downpipes for McLaren 765LT are listed for the Longtail only, so 720S owners should order the listing named for their car, and 750S owners should confirm fitment with Bulletproof Automotive first.
Are the heat shields included? Yes. Boost Logic lists this part as downpipes with heatshields, and the photos show a woven shield covering each pipe from the turbo flange to the outlet. The shields help keep exhaust heat away from nearby components in the tightly packaged engine bay of the 765LT.
Is there a version with Sport Cats? Boost Logic does not offer a Sport Cat option on the 765LT listing, although it does on the 720S downpipes. If catalysts are needed in the system, contact Bulletproof Automotive before ordering and it will ask Boost Logic whether a Sport Cat build is available for the 765LT.
Is a tune needed after fitting the downpipes? Boost Logic does not state a tuning requirement and publishes no power figures for these downpipes. Changing the pipes directly behind the turbochargers alters exhaust flow, so plan the install with the tuner who looks after the car, particularly on a 765LT that already runs a calibration or other upgrades.
What exhaust does Boost Logic offer for the 765LT? Boost Logic builds a Formula Series titanium exhaust for the 765LT in which every component is titanium, including precision-machined tips with blued ends. It is sold as a separate listing, so the downpipes and the rear system can be bought together or one at a time.
