The esteemed Capristo Valved Exhaust System delivers a dynamic sound experience, proficient at producing a vigorous exhaust note under acceleration and maintaining a subdued sound for urban travel.

Valve System

This system incorporates flexible valve flaps that adjust their positions in accordance with current driving conditions and driver inputs. At lower engine speeds and during cruising, the valves intentionally remain closed, emitting a deeper exhaust resonance. Conversely, when the throttle is fully engaged, the valves open, unveiling the full harmonic richness of the engine.

Engineering

Capristo exhaust systems embody a blend of refined craftsmanship and revolutionary technology, integrating 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital Modeling, and CNC machining. Each piece is meticulously crafted in our prestigious German workshop, using premium T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel, renowned for its acoustic clarity, balanced weight, and enduring durability, paralleling Inconel materials in prestigious F1 events. Each facet is polished to a brilliant glow, demonstrating our commitment to exemplary quality.

CES-3 Control Module

The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
- Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
- Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
- Open: Exhaust valves remain open
The vehicle’s Cruise and Sport modes can be independently configured to establish specific backpressure limits, which subsequently determine the activation times of the exhaust valves. This provides exact control over the exhaust system, enabling modifications to accommodate the driver’s distinct preferences and resilience.
