IPD 82mm Plenum for 997.2 Porsche 911 Carrera [97482-3.6]
The 997.2 Carrera Non-S 3.6L DFI Intake Plenum is a purpose-built, direct bolt-on upgrade that replaces the factory air distributor and uses all existing factory hardware, including the original 82mm throttle body. The enhanced IPD intake design boosts air velocity and speed, leading to impressive horsepower and torque gains for Porsche enthusiasts. This advanced DFI IPD Plenum design adds 14 additional wheel horsepower. Unlike previous naturally aspirated IPD Plenums that emphasized mid-range gains, the DFI IPD Plenum maintains a similar power curve shape to the factory, yet delivers significantly stronger performance from mid-range to redline without sacrificing power at lower RPMs.
