Karbonius Composites G8X M4 CSL-style strut brace enhances the sporting character of M cars while delivering exceptional chassis rigidity. Designed and manufactured in Spain under UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, the brace is hand-laid from premium prepreg carbon and produced using advanced processes including 3D scanning, autoclave curing, and robotic cutting. A monobloc tubular construction eliminates unnecessary joints, and the precisely engineered layup incorporates three high-quality fabrics, including high-modulus unidirectional carbon. 6061 aluminum machined interfaces provide durable wear resistance at the chassis mounts. The result is an OEM-grade finish and fit with standout aesthetics at only 1.8kg a substantial reduction versus the 3.5kg OEM bar prioritizing true functional strength and rigidity over weight savings alone.
