Nitron Electronic Damping Delete Kit for C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
The Nitron Electronic Damping Delete Kit for the C7 Corvette Stingray is a straightforward solution for owners converting from Magnetic Ride Control to a non-electronic coilover setup. Not every C7 Stingray came with MRC, but those that did will trigger fault codes and warning lights when the system is removed without being addressed. The Delete Kit prevents those faults cleanly, without workarounds or compromises. It’s a required piece of the puzzle for any C7 Stingray that left the factory with Magnetic Ride Control and is being converted to a non-electronic Nitron kit.

- Does every C7 Corvette Stingray require the Electronic Damping Delete Kit? No. Only C7 Stingrays that were optioned with Magnetic Ride Control require it. If your car did not come with MRC from the factory, the Delete Kit is not needed. If you are unsure whether your car has MRC, it can typically be confirmed through the VIN decoder or the options sticker in the glovebox.
- Does the Delete Kit affect anything else on the car beyond the suspension system? No. The Nitron Electronic Damping Delete Kit disables only the standard damper control function. All other control unit functions are retained, so nothing else on the car is affected by fitting it.
