The airfoils are reinforced with pre-impregnated woven carbon fibers to ensure excellent durability. The production process employs advanced techniques such as pre-impregnated composite manufacturing, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and the use of high-quality aluminum billet molds.
Crafted from composite materials that include carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) renowned for its strength and lightweight properties, the GTC Series airfoils feature a sophisticated design with pre-impregnated carbon fibers that provide an optimal balance of durability and lightness. The manufacturing process ensures superior quality by utilizing advanced techniques such as high-temperature autoclaving, pre-impregnated composite production, vacuum bagging, and the use of top-quality aluminum billet molds. This results in a robust and lightweight structure for the airfoils.
- The GTC Series airfoils attain better stability, durability, and secure attachment by integrating carbon fiber composites onto 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals and subjecting them to a matte black powder coating process. Furthermore, the use of carbon fiber materials allows the airfoils to retain their lightweight and sturdy qualities, resulting in exceptional performance.
